During our trip to Anaheim, we used Karmel Shuttle to get to and from SNA airport. They provided clear instructions ahead of time and communicated with us throughout the process to confirm and announce driver arrival time. The drivers were very professional and their fleet was kept clean. The roundtrip cost was reasonable. We had a great experience with Karmel Shuttle and will use them again on our next visit.

We had a great experience, I received a txt from our driver the minute we landed letting me know he arrived and I just needed to txt him when we were waiting at the pick up curb. I had a party of 8 and we travelled comfortably with our luggage in their up to 9 person shuttle. The van was clean and our driver was very respectful and kind. I tried booking them for our return the following day but got a “service unavailable” probably due to them being booked. I will definitely be using this service again.

They were awesome! We had a difficult time finding the shuttle because we were unfamiliar with the airport but once we got it figured out we found our shuttle and she was quick and efficient and very safe. I could not recommend them high enough and will use them the next time I come to Disneyland or LA.

We pre-arranged shuttle with Karmel from LAX to SanPedro cruise port. Unfortunately UA flight delayed for 3 hours . They was able to accommodate us(6 persons) according to arrival time. After we arrived port ,just few minutes to miss the cruise. He tried to help us to get arrangements for next step patiently without any thought. Finally we was able to go back to airport with his help and permitted by company. We are very appreciated the flexibility of company. It’s great help at that circumstance. Thanks!

Great experience driver arrived early for 4 am pickup, which for an early flight from lax made me hesitate when I didn't get name or contact number. But driver was excellent, courteous and great conversationalist.

Perfect for us. There was only two of us but with four big bags plus rucksacks we would have struggled with Uber/Lyft. This ended up being a better price and our driver turned up in a 12 seater mini bus! No problem with luggage!

Great service! We use Karmel every time we come to Disneyland and have never been disappointed. Our daughter is 9 and we have used them through car seats, boosters etc. Always reliable and friendly too!

Excellent service! Booked trips from LAX to Disneyland Hotel and return, we we're a large group with a lot of luggage. I was unsure when I booked and prepaid how the service would turnout, the first driver was right on time at LAX (un sure of her name) her vehicle was newer clean, comfortable and easily handled all the luggage. Winston our return driver contacted me ahead of our scheduled hotel pickup time, which I appreciated knowing we had a ride to LAX, he picked us up on time. So much easier than trying to drive in a strange city. Jeremy, our driver was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He even put up with my son singing in the van! I highly recommend this shuttle service!

Art was our driver both to and from LAX to our hotel right outside DisneyLand CA. Absolutely amazing service made it fun, talked with us, and gave us tips he knew about. Also made the kids not feel so bad about leaving cause we all wish we could have stayed longer. An absolute wonderful service!

I was a little worried at first since I scheduled pickup for 4am, but the driver was an hour early even then. Very courteous, flawless pickup and drop off even though we had a big party with lots of luggage. I will definitely be using them again next Disneyland trip

Could not have been more pleased with the service. In town for a work conference. Reserved a ride from LAX the day prior, not knowing what to expect. A guy named Leo with Studio City Black Car pulled up in a very nice (brand new looking) XL SUV, quickly exited and made contact. He was friendly, polite, and even placed my bags in the rear of the vehicle for me. Leo was cordial, and engaging, and made the 40min ride fly by. As a 6'4", 400lb guy, it's hard to find comfortable rides, but this one was nice. Very clean, very spacious, and very expeditious. Would 10/10 recommend Karmel Shuttle service, and Leo anytime. Thanks for the relaxing service, after a long flight... Very much appreciated.
